How do I adjust the teleprompter speed?

On the recording screen, use the speed slider to control how fast the text scrolls. You can adjust it before or during recording.

Can I use FeedCam without a subscription?

Yes! The free plan includes up to 5 scripts and 3-minute recordings. Upgrade to Pro or Pro+ for unlimited scripts, longer recordings, and more features.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device and select FeedCam to cancel or modify your plan.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open FeedCam, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Where are my recordings saved?

Recordings are saved directly to your device’s camera roll. Make sure FeedCam has permission to access your photo library.

What does AI script generation do?

With Pro+, you can enter a topic and choose a tone (casual, formal, energetic, or educational) to generate a ready-to-use script powered by AI.

How do I request my data to be deleted?

To request deletion of your subscription data and account information, email us at hello@greypants.studio with the subject line “Data deletion request”. We process requests within 14 days. Recordings and scripts are stored only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app.
